What is covered
- Manufacturing defects in the titanium alloy memory wire or silicone body
- Battery capacity falling below 60% of the rated 200mAh within 24 months
- Failure of the bone conduction vibrator under normal use
- Bluetooth 6.0 module, NFC or Sport 32GB memory faults
- Magnetic charging contacts that stop charging at 5V
- IP68 seal failure that is not caused by physical damage
What is not covered
- Accidental drops, crushing, or deliberate bending beyond the memory wire range
- Cosmetic wear: scratches, colour fading or silicone scuffing
- Damage from non-approved chargers or voltages above 5V
- Units opened, modified or repaired outside KING WAVE service
- Loss or theft of the product or accessories
How a claim works
Submit a claim
Email support@kingwave.audio with your order number, model and a short description.
Get an RMA
We verify coverage and send an RMA number within one business day.
Ship it back
Return the unit in protective packaging with the RMA visible on the label.
Repair or replace
We repair or replace and ship back, typically within 5 to 7 business days.
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not affect statutory consumer rights in your country. Proof of purchase is required for every claim.
