Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone number and the products purchased.

Support data: the content of messages you send to kingwavesound@gmail.com.

Usage data: anonymous page views and device type, used only to improve the website.

To process, ship and invoice your order, and to handle warranty claims and returns.

To answer support requests and keep a history of your case.

To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates. Marketing emails are only sent with your explicit consent and can be stopped at any time.

Card details are never stored on our servers. Payments are processed by our payment provider under PCI-DSS compliance; we only receive a confirmation and the last four digits for support purposes.

We share data only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: payment processors, carriers and our fulfilment centre.

We never sell personal data.

Order records are kept for the legally required accounting period. Support conversations may be retained for up to 24 months for customer service, warranty administration and record-keeping purposes.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by writing to kingwavesound@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Internal access to order and support data is restricted to the staff who need it.
