Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum data required to sell, ship and support KING WAVE headphones — nothing more.

1. Data we collect
Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone number and the products purchased.
Support data: the content of messages you send to support@kingwave.audio, orders@kingwave.audio or press@kingwave.audio.
Usage data: anonymous page views and device type, used only to improve the website.
2. How we use it
To process, ship and invoice your order, and to handle warranty claims and returns.
To answer support requests and keep a history of your case.
To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and shipping updates. Marketing emails are only sent with your explicit consent and can be stopped at any time.
3. Payment information
Card details are never stored on our servers. Payments are processed by our payment provider under PCI-DSS compliance; we only receive a confirmation and the last four digits for support purposes.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: payment processors, carriers and our fulfilment centre.
We never sell personal data.
5. Retention
Order records are kept for the legally required accounting period. Support conversations are kept for 24 months, matching the warranty window.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing, by writing to support@kingwave.audio. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Internal access to order and support data is restricted to the staff who need it.
