Terms of Sale & Use
Plain terms for buying and using KING WAVE products. By placing an order you accept them.

1. The products
KING WAVE sells open-ear bone conduction headphones in three models: KES910-Plus, KES958-Plus and KES988-Plus, each available in Standard Fit and Mini Fit.
Published specifications — IP68, Bluetooth 6.0, 200mAh battery with 12–15 hours of playback, up to 32GB onboard memory (model-dependent), 32g weight — are measured under standard test conditions and may vary with use.
2. Pricing and payment
The price is $199 per unit, a one-time payment with no financing and no hidden fees. Applicable taxes and duties are shown at checkout or charged on import according to local rules.
Orders are confirmed only once payment is authorised. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error is evident.
3. Delivery
Delivery estimates are indicative and start from dispatch, not from order placement. Risk passes to you on delivery.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
4. Trial and returns
Headphones have an optional test-drive return period of up to 100 nights from delivery. Return shipping can take up to 30 days, depending on the distance between the buyer and the return origin. These are separate periods. Contact kingwavesound@gmail.com to confirm the applicable trial and arrange a return.
5. Warranty
Standard limited warranty: 1 year from delivery, covering manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty can be extended at the customer’s request, subject to confirmation of applicable terms by KING WAVE.
6. Safe use
Listen at moderate volume. Bone conduction keeps your ears open, but sustained high volume can still cause hearing fatigue.
Do not charge the product while wet, and use only 5V USB power with the supplied magnetic cable.
7. Intellectual property
The KING WAVE name, wave symbol, product designs, photography and website content are owned by King Wave Sound and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for press use as described on the Contact page.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
