Headphones have an optional test-drive return period of up to 100 nights from delivery. Return shipping can take up to 30 days, depending on the distance between the buyer and the return origin. Pack it up
Include the headphones, magnetic cable and the original box where possible.
Ship it free
We send a prepaid label. Drop the parcel at any accepted carrier point.
Get refunded
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.
Good to know
- Always request an RMA before shipping. Unannounced parcels cannot be tracked to your order.
- Rinse and dry the headphones before packing them — IP68 means they survive water, not that they should travel wet.
- Faulty after the trial window? That is a warranty claim , Standard limited warranty: 1 year from delivery, covering manufacturing and material defects.
The warranty can be extended at the customer’s request, subject to confirmation of applicable terms by KING WAVE.

- What if I ordered the wrong size?
- Exchanges between Standard Fit and Mini Fit, or between colorways, are free within the trial window. Just tell us what you need.
- When is my refund processed?
- As soon as the parcel is checked in at our fulfilment centre — typically within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.
- Can I return a gift?
- Yes. Send the order number from the gift receipt and we will refund the value as store credit or refund the original payer.
