How it works

Email orders@kingwave.audio with your order number within 100 nights of delivery.

Include the headphones, magnetic cable and the original box where possible.

We send a prepaid label. Drop the parcel at any accepted carrier point.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.

Good to know

Always request an RMA before shipping. Unannounced parcels cannot be tracked to your order.
Rinse and dry the headphones before packing them — IP68 means they survive water, not that they should travel wet.
Faulty after the trial window? That is a warranty claim, covered for 24 months.

How long is the trial?: 100 nights from the delivery date. Use them running, swimming and training — a used product is still fully returnable.
Do I pay for return shipping?: No. Returns within the 100-night trial ship free with our prepaid label.
What if I ordered the wrong size?: Exchanges between Standard Fit and Mini Fit, or between colorways, are free within the trial window. Just tell us what you need.
When is my refund processed?: As soon as the parcel is checked in at our fulfilment centre — typically within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to display it.
Can I return a gift?: Yes. Send the order number from the gift receipt and we will refund the value as store credit or refund the original payer.
